Why hire a guide? As you ride your guide will tell you about the rock formations you are seeing, local stories/heritage, show you some out of the way spots for quiet moments and photo ops, and help you with your riding skills if you wish. In addition they will steer you clear of any road construction or dangerous roads. All of our tours and talented local guides gear your tour to your skill and ability. We do not put riders together that do not know each other unless it is obvious they are of the same skill level.

"We wanted to send you a note to tell you how wonderful of a time we had on our tour with you. Susan was such a great guide and we thoroughly enjoyed all the information about the area you shared with us, as well as the opportunity to take some amazing pictures. This was one of the BEST ways to see Sedona and when we return we will definitely do it again!"
~ Sara - Chicago, Illinois

"We loved the peacefulness of the Pioneer Path tour. We saw area we never would have seen by car or hiking. Susan was terrific at describing what life was like when the pioneers settled here. We didn't want to ride a lot of hills or deal with traffic so this was the perfect tour for us.
~ Bill and Lynne- New York
It's all about seeing the major rock formations in Sedona! This is a loop ride with side excursions (Loop ride for cross bikes, out and back for road bikes.) We weave in an out of the major roads to get some of the best views of the rocks. This tour combines the Red Rock Scenic Byway, Pioneer Path, and more! If you are glutton for cycling and beautiful vistas this is the tour for you! (The cross bike route is much preferred for this ride because there are several short easy dirt paths/road so that we can make it a loop.)
If you want a less challenging but good work out chekc out the FOUR VALLEYS tour above.
Around 4 hours, 30+ miles. Solid intermediate or above skill level and/or high level of fitness. This is a more aggressive ride meant for the experienced rider; 2,400 feet of climbing and of course descending.
$60 per person (2 person min.) $100 for (single); Group (3 to 5riders) $150.

"We did the Red Rock Madness with Susan. It was one of the most interesting rides I've ever done! We felt we saw more rock formations on this ride than on the hikes we took. My wife and I both race and she is not kidding about the difficulty factor. However, Susan managed the pace so that we didn't get too wiped out!"
~ Matt - San Diego, CA
Sedona itself is a relatively small area of beautiful red rock bluffs and free standing formations. But if you want to see how Sedona fits into the surrounding geology this is the tour for you. We take the rural back road just south of Sedona winding through wine country and stopping at a spring fed fish hatchery. Then back towards Sedona and Scenic Byway Hwy 179.
Up to 4 hours, 40+ miles. Solid intermediate or above skill level and/or high level of fitness. This is a more agressive ride meant for the experienced rider; 2,400 feet of climing.
$60 per person (2 person min.) $100 for (single); Group (3 to 5riders) $150.

"We were stunned by how much open land or wilderness there is around Sedona. We enjoyed riding in the lesser known areas. It was wonderful finishing off this loop ride in the red rocks area as it gave us a greater appreciation of how unusual the rock formations are in Sedona. Loved feeding the fish at the hatchery!
~ Sharon & Bob - New York
