To help get people motivated to get out and ride their bikes we have started a weekly wellness ride that is open to people of all ages and riding abilities. The route is all on residential streets and safe for people who do not like riding with car traffic.
The pace is easy-conversational and no one gets dropped. Although no one gets dropped there are many places where you can drop out if you only want to do a shorter ride. The full ride is around 10 miles with a few hills, up and down, here and there. The ride should take at the most 2 hours.
If you would like to join us, make sure your bike is in good working order prior to the ride. And that your doctor has OK'd you for such activity.
Visitors to Sedona are welcome too! If you need to rent a bike make sure you get to Absolute Bikes by 1:30 to rent your bike. The cost for a rental bike is $20 per bike.
